Comparative Reading

Comparative reading gives two shorter passages on one topic instead of one long passage. Questions ask how the passages relate: whether the authors agree, disagree, or address different angles. Track each author’s view separately before comparing.

Example

Passage A defends the policy; Passage B lists its costs. They disagree about the policy’s effects.
