How it works
- Fill out the application below before March 31, 2027.
- Write a short essay (500 words max): why do you want to go to law school?
- We read every essay. One winner is picked on clarity, sincerity, and thoughtfulness — not GPA or test scores.
- The winner is announced April 15, 2027 and paid $500 by check or electronic transfer.
No purchase necessary. One application per person. Essays may be quoted anonymously in future scholarship announcements. Full terms below.

- The LSATPathway Scholarship is a $500 annual award run by LSATPathway.
- Applications close March 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern. Late applications are not considered.
- One $500 winner is selected by LSATPathway in its sole discretion and announced April 15, 2027.
- The award is paid by check or electronic transfer within 30 days of the announcement. The winner must provide payment details and confirm eligibility.
- Applicants must be U.S. residents 18 or older, enrolled in (or graduated within 2 years from) a U.S. college or university, and planning to take the LSAT.
- One application per person. Essays must be original work; plagiarized entries are disqualified.
- Applying does not require purchasing anything, and purchasing anything does not improve your chances.
