Terms of Service

Effective: October 6, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and LSATPathway ("we", "us") for using lsatpathway.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

LSATPathway is an LSAT preparation service: study curriculum, practice drills, timed tests, study plans, progress tracking, live classes and class recordings, tutoring, and community forums. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). LSAT is a registered trademark of LSAC; we claim no affiliation with them.

Plans and payments

What your plan includes

Class recordings are available to Guided and Full Access subscribers. Live classes and tutoring booking require Full Access. The full, current feature list for each plan is shown on the pricing page; if anything here conflicts with that page, the pricing page controls.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

All curriculum, questions, explanations, videos, and other site content belong to LSATPathway. Your plan is a license to use them for your own study — not to copy, republish, or share them. Anything you post in the forums remains yours, but you give us permission to display it on the site.

Classes and recordings

Live classes held over Zoom may be recorded and made available to eligible subscribers as unlisted videos. By attending a live class, you consent to being recorded.

No score guarantees

We work hard to make great prep, but we can't guarantee any particular LSAT score. Your results depend on your effort and many factors outside our control.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime by emailing lsatpathway@gmail.com. If we close your account for a terms violation, paid access ends without a refund. If you cancel yourself, the renewal and cancellation rules above apply.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LSATPathway isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
