Some and Most Statements

"Some" means at least one. "Most" means more than half. Two "some" statements never combine into a valid inference. A "most" plus an "all" can combine, but only in the right direction.

Example

"Most runners finished, and all finishers got medals, so most runners got medals" is valid.
