LSAT in 21 weeks: your countdown study plan

Your test date is fixed. This plan counts backward from it.

Who this plan fits

This plan fits if your test is 21 weeks away. A long runway is an advantage only if you do not burn out in month one. Pace it.

Hours per week

8 to 12 hours a week (estimate). If you cannot hit the range, extend the timeline instead of cramming. Cramming does not work on this test.

The phases

Weeks 1-16: build

Untimed fundamentals. LR question types one at a time, RC passage structure daily. Accuracy is the only metric.

Middle weeks: deepen

Second pass on weak types. Add blind review: answer, mark confidence, re-attempt the shaky ones untimed before checking.

Weeks 17-18: time it

Timed sections and full practice tests. One full test per week with same-day review of every miss.

Final week: taper

Cut volume in half. Light drilling, review notes, normal sleep. The work is already done.
