The rule: Each clerk carried exactly one folder, and each folder went to exactly one clerk. All four notes are accurate.

2. The blue folder went to Caleb Frost.
3. Marcus Vale's folder was a warm color (red or yellow).
4. Felix Grant did not receive the blue folder.
