The clues

1. Sam Okafor: Phone tower records place Sam Okafor near the office at 6:45 PM. A camera at river toll plaza recorded Sam Okafor at 6:54 PM.
2. Lucy Fern: A parking receipt puts Lucy Fern's car at north garage at 5:49 PM. The register tape shows Lucy Fern ringing up a sale at downtown at 6:24 PM.
3. Hugo Bain: The register tape shows Hugo Bain ringing up a sale at the mall at 5:56 PM. A parking receipt puts Hugo Bain's car at the mall at 6:20 PM.
4. Silas Reed: Phone tower records place Silas Reed near north garage at 5:54 PM. The toll transponder on Silas Reed's car pinged at river toll plaza at 6:34 PM.
