What is evaluate the argument question?

An evaluate-the-argument question asks what information would help you judge whether the argument is good.

The right answer points at the gap: it asks whether the key assumption holds, or whether the evidence is representative.

The trap answers ask about irrelevant facts. If the answer would not change your mind either way, it does not evaluate the argument.
