Conditional Scholarships: 60 Law Schools Where Aid Can Shrink

A conditional scholarship keeps its value only if the student hits a GPA or class-rank condition. ABA Standard 509 reports make every school disclose how many entering students with conditional scholarships later had them reduced or eliminated.

60 schools in our data offer conditional scholarships. The table uses each school’s latest reported year, ranked by the number of students reduced or eliminated. A school can appear here with zero reductions: the risk is the condition itself, and outcomes vary by year.
