What is cost of attendance?
Cost of attendance is the school's official estimate of one year: tuition plus living expenses, books, and fees.
Schools publish it for financial aid purposes. It is the number your federal loans are based on.
Living costs vary by city, so the same tuition can mean very different total costs.
