What is author attitude?

Author attitude is the author's evaluative stance toward the subject: positive, negative, or neutral.

Adjectives and verbs reveal it. A neutral author reports without judging.

The trap answers overstate: the author is skeptical, not hostile. Match the strength of the attitude words.
