What is flaw in the reasoning question?

A flaw question asks you to name what went wrong in the argument.

The right answer describes the error in abstract terms: the argument confuses correlation with causation, attacks the person instead of the claim, or draws a broad conclusion from a narrow sample.

The trap answers describe flaws that are not in this argument, or restate the conclusion. Name the move first, then match the description.
